Grant Access
Invite CPTS Solutions to your QuickBooks Online, bank feeds, Square, Neon or other systems.
Defined Scope of Work
Review a detailed scope. Once agreed, sign the agreement, add payment info, and work begins.
Monthly / Quarterly Bookkeeping
Pricing depends on the time and complexity involved — number of accounts, transaction volume, and how often transactions are classified. Monthly is recommended; quarterly is available for smaller clients. All levels include monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Note: Ongoing bookkeeping is separate from QuickBooks setup, clean-up and catch-up projects.
